Regular yoga and wellbeing activities create an inclusive space where women can relax, care for themselves, and connect with others.
Activities are open to women of different ages and backgrounds.

Palliative care is not about doing nothing. It shifts the focus to comfort, dignity, relationships, and quality of life when illness can no longer be reversed.
